About us

The Branch

The Otley and Yeadon Branch Labour Party was formed in late 2003 following the reorganisation of the Leeds City Council ward boundaries. The Branch was formed as a result of a merger of the former Otley BLP with members from Yeadon who were previously in the former Aireborough BLP. 

The Branch is extremely active – taking up many local campaigns, and sends delegates to the Leeds Labour Local Government Committee and North West Leeds Constituency Labour Party General Management Committee.

Meetings 

Branch meetings are held on the second Tuesday every month (except August) at 7.30pm in the Phil Coyne Labour Rooms, Nelson Street, Otley (opposite the Library).
